How do I contact a Guide?
Great question! Just find the guide you like based on the activity that you want and fill the online form. One of our outdoors representatives will contact you to take care of your inquiry with the guide. Or you can simply give IGuide a call and we will do all the leg work for you. That’s the beauty of booking with IGuideClub; it is hassle free for you. Simply book your trip and leave the worries to us.

How do I find a guide in my area?
Follow the map on the home page. Click on the state where you want to book a trip. Pick your activity type, and then look through the calendar for the date you want to book your trip on.

How do I know if the guide I want to book with is licensed and insured?
There are many ways to find out information about the guide you will be taking a trip with. The easiest would be to look and see if the guide you are interested in has a verified logo on their page. To get verified through IGuideClub they must be insured, in good standing with the state they guide in, and have good feed back from other IGuide Users. If they are not verified, you can check with the State, or trust what they have stated on their site stats area.

I made a booking online. Why can I not cancel my booking online?
Every guide on IGuideClub has a different cancellation policy. When you book with IGuideClub you will be sent the booking certificate and the cancellation policy for the guide you booked with. Due to the many different ways guides handle cancellations IGuide has decided to let the Guides deal with cancellations on a case by case basis completely outside IGuideClub. If you have questions about canceling your booking please read the cancellation policy that was sent to you when you made the booking or contact the guide directly.

Will the gear/equipment for my trip be provided?
Every type of activity requires different types of equipment. Check the Guides page before booking, it will tell you what gear is provided and what you will need to bring with you. Also when you book a trip IGuide will take you to a information page telling you how many spaces are still available on this trip, the equipment that is provided and equipment that you will need to bring, location, duration and cost.

How do I get notified of new events in my area?
To stay up to the date on all the happenings in the IGuideClub community simply sign up by emailing us at newsletter@iGuidClub.com You will get email notifications when new events are listed to keep you up to date at all times.

What happens if I am interested in an activity that is not listed?
If there is a trip type you want and don’t see listed, email customer support and we will get it listed and start advertising to that group of guides. Once the event type is listed it is only a matter of time before you will be booking with IGuideClub, so check daily to see what new events are posted.

How do I rate a guide I just took a trip with?
After your trip you will receive an email link to rate the guide you just took the trip with. All you have to do is click on the link and answer some questions. We encourage every person who takes a trip to give feed back on their experience with our guides so that future users can be as informed as possible.

If I have a disability can I still take a trip?
YES!!!! IGuideClub encourages everyone to experience the outdoors. Look for the blue “disabled friendly” logo on guide’s pages, or call IGuide directly to make sure that the guide is equipped to handle your special needs.

How do I advertise on IGuideClub.com?
Simply click on the “advertise” link in the footer of all our pages. You can also click on “advertise” link in any of the advertising boxes you see throught the site. If there is an ad there already, you can still place your order as the banners go thru our ad banner management system and your ad will appear there after the pages are refreshed. Once you click on that link, you will be directed to a page to sign up to advertise in the area you just came from.
